Welcome to Majestic Lighting

A Custom Lighting Designer, Manufacturer and Distributor Built for Project Reality

Majestic Lighting develops decorative and architectural lighting for the hospitality, multifamily, condominium and senior living industries. Every style begins with the way a fixture actually lives in a building: how a housekeeper cleans it, how an engineer relamps it, how a guest reaches the switch at 2 a.m., and how the finish holds up after five years of daily contact.

Our team designs and manufactures pendants, table lamps, floor lamps, ceiling fixtures, chandeliers, sconces, corridor and vanity fixtures, reading lights, outdoor fixtures and complete public-area packages. Because we control design, engineering and production, specifiers get honest answers on dimensions, lamping, dimming protocol, listing requirements and lead time before a submittal is ever issued.

  • Integrated LED, edge-lit and lamped constructions with documented CCT, CRI and dimming compatibility.
  • Damp and wet-location options for bath, corridor, balcony and exterior conditions.
  • Value engineering that protects design intent while meeting FF&E budget targets.

Look on the Bright Side

Specifiers stay with Majestic Lighting because the quality, durability and delivery hold up long after the ribbon is cut.

Quality, functionality, reliability and value are not marketing words in our process — they are review gates. Samples are inspected before approval, production is audited against the approved control sample, and every shipment is traceable back to the fixture that was specified.

How We Work

From Design Intent to Installed Fixture

A practical, four-stage path that designers, purchasing agents and owners' reps can plan around.

01

Specification Support

Send a rendering, sketch, competitor cut sheet or brand standard. We return dimensioned options with finish, shade, lamping, CCT, dimming and listing details so the submittal package is complete the first time.

02

Custom Engineering

Any catalog style can be modified — scale, mounting, cord and plug, switching, USB, integrated LED or edge-lit construction. Fully bespoke decorative and architectural fixtures are engineered in-house.

03

Compliance & Testing

Products are ETL or UL certified depending on application, with ADA-compliant, Energy Star and Title 20/24 options available on request. Specifications reflect third-party testing.

04

Brand Program Alignment

We draw on more than 70 approved hotel brand programs established by sister company Majestic Mirror & Frame to shorten approvals on brand-mandated guestroom and public area scopes.

05

Single-Vendor Consolidation

Mirrors and lighting can be specified together through the Majestic FAMILY, reducing vendor count, sample shipments and freight coordination on FF&E packages.

06

Lifecycle Serviceability

Fixtures are designed for field maintenance — accessible drivers, standard lamping where appropriate, replaceable shades and finishes selected for repeated cleaning in high-traffic environments.

Buyer Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Majestic Lighting is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of custom decorative and architectural lighting serving the hospitality, multifamily, condominium and senior living industries. The division was developed by the team at Majestic Mirror & Frame and shares the Majestic FAMILY brand, drawing on nearly 30 years of hospitality experience and more than 40 combined years of sourcing, design and manufacturing expertise.

Yes. Majestic Mirror & Frame and Majestic Lighting are sister companies, so design and procurement teams can consolidate mirrors and decorative lighting under a single spec-ready source — one contact for submittals, samples, approvals and freight coordination.

All products are either ETL or UL certified depending on the application. ADA-compliant, Energy Star and Title 20/24 options are available upon special request, along with damp and wet-location listings for bath, corridor and exterior conditions. Specifications are based on third-party testing and are subject to change without notice.

Either path works. Any catalog style can be value-engineered for size, finish, shade fabric, lamping, switching, cord and mounting. Fully bespoke decorative and architectural fixtures can also be developed from a designer sketch, rendering or CAD file, including integrated LED and edge-lit constructions.

Yes. We leverage the relationships and more than 70 approved hotel brand programs established by sister company Majestic Mirror & Frame, which shortens the approval path for brand-mandated guestroom, corridor and public area lighting packages.

Each style is supported by a cut sheet covering dimensions, materials, finish call-outs, lamping, wattage, voltage, color temperature, CRI, dimming protocol and listing information. Finish and fabric swatches, control-option references and virtual catalogs are available to support design intent packages and owner reviews.

New-build and renovation work across select-service and full-service hotels, resorts, multifamily and build-to-rent communities, condominiums, and independent and assisted senior living. Scopes range from guestroom packages and corridor runs to lobby, restaurant, spa, amenity and exterior lighting.
